Civil Rights Complaints

EmergyCare complies with Federal civil rights laws and is committed to providing its programs and services without discrimination in accordance with:

  • Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 prohibits discrimination based on race, color, or national origin (including language).
  • Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 prohibits discrimination based on disability.
  • Title IX of the Education Amendments Act of 1972 prohibits discrimination based on sex in education programs or activities.
  • Age Discrimination Act of 1975, which prohibits discrimination based on age.
  • U.S. Department of Homeland Security regulation 6 C.F.R. Part 19 prohibits religious discrimination in social service programs.

Patient Privacy Concerns/Complaints

At EmergyCare, we prioritize patient privacy and HIPAA compliance, dedicating ourselves to the highest standards of protection for our patients' private health information. We understand the trust our patients place in us, and we are committed to safeguarding their sensitive data with the utmost care and diligence.

If you believe your privacy rights have been violated, you may file a complaint with us or the Secretary of the United States Department of Health and Human Services. You will not be retaliated against in any way for filing a complaint with us or to the government.
